Genesys WDE — User Guide

Prerequisites​

  • Deepdesk admin access
  • Genesys WDE environment access

Steps​

  1. Install/enable the Deepdesk WDE component.
  2. Configure authentication (SSO recommended).
  3. Enable frontend ingestion in Deepdesk for WDE.
  4. Validate the widget renders in WDE and receives conversation context.
