Assistant Metrics
Assistants Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your Deepdesk assistant's performance, usage, and costs. It is designed to give you actionable insights into how assistants are being used across the platform.
Usage Metrics
- Response Display Count – Number of times the assistant's response was shown to users.
- Feedback Score – Percentage rating derived from user feedback.
- Total Usage Count – Combined count of all chat uses and clipboard copies.
- Chat Usage Count – Times responses were used directly in chat conversations.
- Clipboard Copy Count – Times responses were copied to the clipboard.
- Call to Action Count – Number of clicks on CTAs embedded in responses.
- Response Close Count – Times users closed the assistant's response.
Technical Metrics
- Requests – Total API requests made by the assistant.
- Model Cost – Aggregate cost of model usage (in USD).
- Token Usage – Total tokens processed by the assistant.
Additional Features
- Date Range Filtering – Metrics can be scoped to a specific period (defaults to the last 30 days).
- Totals Row – Aggregated values across all filtered assistants for at-a-glance reporting.
- Feedback Button – Direct link to detailed feedback for each assistant.
