Assistant Metrics

Assistants Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your Deepdesk assistant's performance, usage, and costs. It is designed to give you actionable insights into how assistants are being used across the platform.

Usage Metrics

  • Response Display Count – Number of times the assistant's response was shown to users.
  • Feedback Score – Percentage rating derived from user feedback.
  • Total Usage Count – Combined count of all chat uses and clipboard copies.
  • Chat Usage Count – Times responses were used directly in chat conversations.
  • Clipboard Copy Count – Times responses were copied to the clipboard.
  • Call to Action Count – Number of clicks on CTAs embedded in responses.
  • Response Close Count – Times users closed the assistant's response.

Technical Metrics

  • Requests – Total API requests made by the assistant.
  • Model Cost – Aggregate cost of model usage (in USD).
  • Token Usage – Total tokens processed by the assistant.

Additional Features

  • Date Range Filtering – Metrics can be scoped to a specific period (defaults to the last 30 days).
  • Totals Row – Aggregated values across all filtered assistants for at-a-glance reporting.
  • Feedback Button – Direct link to detailed feedback for each assistant.
