Personal Suggestions
Personal Suggestions are quick responses that individual agents save for their own use — often known as “Canned Responses,” but private to the agent. They’re prioritized in Next Best Message, Search & Autocomplete results so agents can insert them with minimal friction.
- Agents can create and manage their own list of suggestions
- Suggestions are searchable and show up in Next Best Message, Search & Autocomplete
- Suggestions can be labeled and optionally localized per language
Labels and locales
Currently, labels and locales for personal suggestions are available in the Django Admin, but not yet exposed in Studio. The locale will default to Dutch.
