Anonymization

Deepdesk can automatically remove or mask Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from conversation data during ingestion. When enabled, PII is stripped before messages are stored or used downstream for analytics and model training.

• Applies to both webhook and frontend ingestion paths
• Configurable per account in Admin
• Works together with the NER service and model in the backend pipeline
